What are your fees?

Depending on your needs, we will tailor a package suitable for you and will discuss based on the way forward. The amount worked out, is the amount you pay, no additional fees.  *VAT may apply

What can you expect?

In my sessions, you will be listened to, respected, and accepted in all facets. I do not judge and you may understand me as a tool that will guide you toward the realisation that you have all the answers within yourself.

My individual Coaching strategy is designed for responsible and self-motivated adults who accept that the past is a landscape that cannot be altered. We work together to enhance the quality of your future life. 

As your personal Coach, I will never take over responsibility by acting as an expert authority or by telling you what you should or should not do. However, I promise to support you in your urge to enable you to examine the validity of your present goals and to discover your true vocation in the real world of the here and now.

Depending on our agreement, our Sessions can be a mixture of Communication, Goal-setting, guided Meditation and the development of coping skills for different situations.

Together we will define which suits you best.

What you presently perceive as difficulties and problems in your personal and professional life will become our focus of balanced and integrated work within our development and coaching sessions. I will be supporting you and guiding you in realizing authentic and self-empowering solutions that work for you.

What is expected from you?

This is your time! You should be dedicated and understand that only you can do the work. Jim Rohn said, "You can't hire someone else to do the push-ups for you if you want the six-pack". 
This principle applies to Coaching. Understand that you must put in the work and be invested in your own good.

Are my details safe?

What we discuss is not shared with anybody. Your thoughts and feeling are yours and protected as such. 
Your contact details are never public (unless you want to add a Testimonial on my page :-)) and will not be shared with any third party, unless otherwise agreed.
